  • Orders take 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped out. We ship USPS M-F (before 5 PM). Shipments will not go out on Saturdays or Sundays.
  • We will contact you by email if an item is out of stock. We will issue you a refund to your original form of payment if the item is out of stock.
  • Orders can not be cancelled or changed once they have been placed.

  • Online Purchases Are Only Qualified For Exchanges & Store Credit. Online Purchases Can Be Exchanged In Store or Shipped Back.
  • All Accessories, Intimates, Athletic Wear, Bodysuits, Sale Items, And Discounted Items Are FINAL SALE. 
  • Returned Merchandise Must Be Unworn, Unwashed, Undamaged And Have Original Tags Attached. Merchandise With Signs Of Deodorant, Perfume, Make-Up And Other Stains Will Not Be Accepted, Sent Back And Subject To Additional Shipping Costs. 
  • Return Packages Must Include The Receipt. Return Packages Must Be Postmarked (Shipped) Back Within 14 Days Following Delivery. Packages Postmarked After This Time Frame Will Be Denied And Sent Back To And Subject To Additional Shipping Costs. Ship Returns to:

  • As Soon As Your Return Has Been Processed And Approved A Store Credit Code Will Be Issued To You (Minus Original Shipping) And Sent Via Email For You To Redeem On Your Next Purchase. Return/Exchange Processing Time Is 3-5 Business Days After Receiving The Merchandise. 
  • If You Receive A Damaged Item, Email Within 2 Days Of Receiving Your Merchandise And Attach A Picture Of Damage. We Will Send You A Return Label. After The Items Are Received, We Will Issue A Refund To The Original Form Of Payment.
